1.If you want to record only audio, you can download the general MP3 recording tool audacity at :
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
There you can go to preferences and select recording device and change it to Internal mic. Then when you want press on the red circular button for recording and the square brown button for stop. Then go to File and Export as MP3 to any location you want.
